here are my policies! if you’re unsure of something after reading through these, please check the faq page or get in touch.

-I do my best to answer all messages within 48 hours. If you have a question about your order, please contact me through the contact me through the form here on the website. I love interacting with you through social media, but it’s not a good place to ask questions about orders.

-Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, which do not includes weekends or federal holidays.

-All packages are shipped via USPS.

-We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Due to the nature of fiber products, once they’re our of my possession, I can’t accept them back as I wouldn’t feel comfortable passing them on to another customer.

-Refunds are granted only if an item is misrepresented in my listing. Please bear in mind that every monitor displays color differently-- all photo colors are accurate on my Macbook Pro computer screen. I am not able to accept returns due to difference in how a customer's monitor displays color. Please reference my shop photos for color representation-- while I LOVE seeing the beautiful projects that my lovely customers post on Instagram, filters and editing may mean that the colors are not quite true to life.

-If you have been mistakenly sent the incorrect item, of course, I am happy to accept the return and send you the correct item.

-I will be shipping to the address you provide at checkout— please make sure that it’s correct, as I am unable to offer refunds or replacements of orders that were ordered to be shipped to an incorrect address. I am also unable to offer refunds or replacements of orders that USPS tracking says were delivered, so please make sure your package will be delivered to a secure location.
